Anne Scheid is the brains behind the Windows project. It was largely her efforts that finalized the CCAC visualization with Sally Caglia of Warnors Center for the Perfoming Arts. Here Anne is shown preparing for the first installation of the project.

The concept is not simply art in a storefront window.

The art fills the window, against the glass, as if framed by the architecture of the building. Warnors architecture is one of the most well known in Fresno - a magnificent Panteges theater building that has history back into the 1920s.

Annes' drawings on paper are hung by the tops from specially contructed hanging devices. Installed in May, an unknown factor was how the art would survive in a south-facing window in Fresno's summer.
